Terms and Conditions for Business

• All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT.
• Bookings confirmed up until 11 April 2025 are subject to a 5-working days payment term from date of proforma invoice.
• Bookings confirmed after 11 April 2025 are subject to a 24-hour payment term from date of proforma invoice.
• On full payment clearing in espAfrika bank account, clients will be issued with a reference code and information pack detailing hospitality logistics.
• No cancellation policy.
• Late payments are subject to a 2.5% surcharge.
• espAfrika PTY LTD will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from the presence of representatives of your organisation, your guests or their respective properties at The Cape Town International Jazz Festival. The client hereby indemnifies espAfrika PTY LTD against any claims that might be brought against it.
• Right of admission is reserved.
• Any damages to festival property in lounges or suites caused through negligence will be for the account of the suite holder or ticket holder respectively.
